This village is on Dutch soil, although the venue itself is halfway to Knokke in Belgium. The most popular launch is in front of 'De Zeemeuw' pavilion. Nice waves break along a long sandy beach in south-west to westerly winds. It can get pretty big in a north-westerly, although that will be onshore. Towards Knokke there are ever fewer groynes.
