Oostduinkerke
Belgium
Auszug aus dem KITE AND WINDSURFING GUIDE:
There aren’t any groynes on this side of the Yser rivermouth, so Oostduinkerke comes into its own in onshore north-westerly winds. But it's good in south-west or north-easterly too; the best waves are in the first two hours of ebb tide. The launch is in front of the cool 'Windekind’ surf-club beyond the swimming zone, so even in summertime there's enough space. For something a bit different, kiters can ride the coastal tram west to Sint-Idesbald for a 6km downwinder back.
