Conditions here are comparable to Siouville. The waves aren’t quite as clean, but the southerly blows in better – some days you won’t get planing at Siouville, while it’s blowing old-boots in Vauville! South-easterly further limits your choices to here, Sciotot or Le Rozel. There’s a monster shorebreak at high tide; you're better off waiting for the tide to turn. Also works in a north-easterly summer thermal or north-westerly wind.
