Fehmarn’s top choice in north-westerlies when nicely ordered jump-ramps wrap round 'Markelsdorfer Huk’. If it blows over Force 7 for more than a day the wave can exceed 2m and even a couple of bottom turns down-the-line are feasible. Riders usually park in front of 'Fehmarnbelt’ campsite, but when it’s busy there’s another car-park at the head of the gravel track. Kiters stay downwind of the windsurfers, the unofficial border is the old bunker.
