Atlantic swell combined with the prevailing westerly winds produce an explosive cocktail at Balephuil. Expect quality down-the-line riding, particularly heavy in north-westerly winds. A really nice, consistent spot, although a small swell will only break on the outer reefs at low tide and there can be a wind shadow at high.
