This fine sandy beach with a forested backdrop is always good for a soul session outside of high season. The beach-break increases in size with windstrength. All directions between west and south-easterly are rideable. West is best, when the waves run particularly clean around the harbour wall. There are a few rocks are in the water straight in front of the car-park – just launch to the left of them.
