This is an excellent winter spot with good waves and quite a shorebreak in south-westerly Libecchio. But at least it won’t be so crowded then – this area attracts lots of holidaymakers in summer, which suits freestyle and slalom in thermal westerlies. There’s a beach-bar and free parking right at the launch.
