This is a good break in autumn, winter and springtime low-pressure southerly winds. Further winter highlights are strong north-easterly days when the waves can exceed 3m, mobilising a tight community of die-hard wave-heads. As the beach is very wide and shelves gently, Brancaleone is also popular among kiters.
