Cabañas de Virtus is the Ebro reservoir's most popular kite spot – although it's really shallow in places. The northerly thermal blows cross-shore just as consistently as 'Corconte', blowing in some seaweed and chop. Southerly works too, but is a little gustier. Park on the field by the road then walk down to the launch. As all around Pantano, be sure to shut every gate behind you so that the farmer’s cattle don’t run away!
