Conditions at Praia de Carvalhal are similar to 'Comporta' – except the Atlantic's a bit warmer in Setúbal Bay, so the beaches are a popular summer destination. You'll be lucky to score strong enough Nortada though: winter wave sessions in low pressure south-westerly winds are far more likely.
