This one’s for anyone who also fancies a little beach culture. It’s full of youngsters in the summer, served by a beach-club with all amenities. The prevailing north to north-westerly thermal rarely blows more than 10 knots – but in southerlies this place boasts some wave potential as well, which can also be enjoyed with a kite. The Strait of Messina is the only Mediterranean area with noticeable tidal currents – just like at 'Cannitello', the current is very strong here, especially on spring tides. The views are fantastic; Sicily looks almost near enough to touch!
