Good sideshore wave conditions at an upwind reef-break in a north-easterly, accelerated by a venturi effect through the 'Baie des Veys’. It’s standing-depth quite a way out, if annoyingly rocky at low tide. High tide brings the familiar concrete sea-wall into play – overall, nothing too dramatic though.
