Crotone is a nice enough city, although you might notice that they don’t get so many visitors down here in deepest Calabria! The spot basically works in low-pressure wind (mostly northerly) and waves build with increasing windstrength. If you like it flat, you’re better off behind the huge harbour-wall north of town.
