Fågelöudde on Lidingö is a beautiful, sandy swimming beach where easterly winds are usually stronger than on the ocean. Also sailable in a westerly, but disappointing in all other wind directions. The trees don't leave much room to launch a kite – plus there’s loads of boat traffic. Amenities include public showers and a kiosk.
