Garry Williams Point
Dingle Peninsula
Auszug aus dem KITE AND WINDSURFING GUIDE:
Garry Williams Point is rarely kited or windsurfed, but on cold winter days – when a north-east wind meets a huge swell – it offers awesome conditions for hardcore wavesailors; fantastic down-the-line riding over the reef in magical surroundings. These are very powerful, hollow waves, frequently mast-high (even 6m+ is possible). If you’re not completely sure, you’re probably not up to it – so stay ashore and stay in one piece!
