Another of this region's highlights works in west to north-westerlies. It needs to blow hard and the waves aren’t the most radical, but they’re just right for progressing to the next level. On classic days, you can ride the waves right to the beach behind the harbour-wall, just watch out for a few rocks close inshore. There’s a big car-park by the harbour with a grassy rigging area.
