A good freeride venue in east to south-easterly winds, which blow freely into this large bay; outside there’s some nice chop for little jumps. South-westerlies also work, although they’re onshore. The fine sandy beach offers enough space for rigging and presents no problems for launching a kite. You’ll often see a few locals on the water here – and of course, swimmers in the summer too.
