Auszug aus dem KITE AND WINDSURFING GUIDE:
This long, gently shelving sandy beach creates a clean beach-break and some shorebreak in any swell. Sadly the typical winds are gusty Force 3 westerlies. Hence the summertime kite channel by the harbour-wall to the west doesn’t make much sense, as in prevailing winds it's shadowed by the nearby mountain range. To the east, the wind gets more consistent towards 'Les Deux-Jumeaux’ ("two twins") rocky outcrops. Pay to park (the local police will check!) on the promenade overlooking the bay.
