This place is fantastic, although it is really choppy in its ideal wind. On the east side of the peninsula there's a kilometre-long fine white sandy beach with about 70m of standing-depth water in front and parking right behind. Even better, easterly winds are accelerated by a sea breeze. In summer abide by the signposted kite zone at the northern car park.
