Right in front of the beautiful old town of Visby, windsurfers can carefully launch from a concrete jetty off the promenade. A steady nerve also helps when beachstarting between the rocks – particularly in a strong north-westerly when a decent swell can develop. After a session you can dive headlong into Visby’s nightlife: in summer, everyone comes here after-hours.
