When people talk about Murcia, they usually mean Mar Menor – these southern beaches are much less famous, so you rarely see anyone on the water here at La Azohía. South-westerly blows cross-on and sometimes produces chop or a little wave for jumping, but more often it's freeride. The consistent wind is ideal for freestyle too, although there’s not much room to launch a kite.
