Playa Malagueta is the city beach that Málaga's locals head to in off-season Levante. Conditions behind the breakwater usually stay moderate, with just a few little waves further out. In a storm it can get a bit bigger, with gnarly shorebreak too. Offering views of the port, the scenery isn't all that inspiring.
