La Santa

The lagoon at Club La Santa occasionally attracts beginner windsurfers, while freestylers also appreciate the shallow waters in the south-west of the bay. All wind directions are rideable, but it’s really only worth a visit without Passat when nowhere else is working. Unless you're after something completely different? Swell on the ocean side sends huge barrels crashing onto the reefs. But be careful – the shore and reefs are fierce enough, but you're also entering the realm of the notorious west coast surfers.
