Łeba

Known for its gigantic drifting dunes and the fantastic scenery around Lake Lebsko, Łeba’s a destination for thousands of tourists so does fill up in summer. But like everywhere in Poland, there’s plenty of interest in kiting and windsurfing so you’ll be in good company. There are two beaches divided by the harbour and its breakwaters. The best hotels are to the east, the best surf to the west. Conditions are usually gentle, especially in summer; ideal for slalom and Formula windsurfing. But the break begins to shape-up in a strong west to north-westerly, with clean waves downwind of the harbour-wall.
