The massive, west-facing Rhossili Bay bears the brunt of south-westerly storms that assault the Gower Peninsula. If there's any swell around, you can be sure of waves mid-way up the beach at Llangenith. South to south-easterlies provide classic waveriding conditions on powerful, clean faces on an incoming tide. North to north-westerlies tend to significantly reduce the swell, but offer a more manageable wave. Parking is via Hillend campsite.
