Longrock

The surrounding coastline usually makes Longrock a flat water spot, particularly good for beginners and improvers as the area can be sailed in most wind directions. That said, in a solid swell it can provide an alternative to Marazion's mean shorebreak at high tide, with a small, clean wave for riding and jumping. There's also a reef-break that can be fairly heavy towards low water, although it rarely works. Kiters should be aware of the railway track along the top of the beach as it's not far from the water at high tide.
