Lubmin
Usedom & Greifswalder Bodden
Auszug aus dem KITE AND WINDSURFING GUIDE:
It's just a stone's throw between north Usedom and the mainland, but to get to Greifswalder Bay you'll need to go back to Wolgast and cross the Peenestrom drawbridge. Those 25km soon add up, which explains why the Greifswalder locals prefer their home spots. Since parking was banned in front of Lubmin's nuclear power station, fans of the Greifswalder Bodden meet on the promenade in front of 'Hotel Blaumuschel’ for bump-&-jump sessions in westerly winds. Outside of high season, you should get away without paying for parking.
