There are three spots clustered around Schleswig for a quick freestyle session on the River Schlei’s flat water – 'Luisenbad’, 'Fahrdorf’ and 'Füsing’. Luisenbad and Fusing are ideal for beginners with their standing-depth areas, and the slightly gusty wind isn’t usually their main concern. In summer, you’ll have to share the rest area with swimmers and boats.
