Muiderberg is one of two official kite launches in the waters around Flevoland. That and its proximity to Amsterdam make it suitably popular. With a bit of luck, you might score one of about 30 parking spaces on the dyke, otherwise you'll have to park about 100m away. If there are too many people ashore, you can always use the 200m of standing-depth water for the kite launch.
