The best bet in north-westerly winds when clean waves break over a sandbank 150m offshore here. Experienced windsurfers only though, since the sandy little beach is framed by rocks and it’s a narrow channel out. Park in the woods and carry your kit about 100m to the water. It’s much less risky 500m south-east in 'Hulerød’ where there’s loads more room on a wide, sandy beach and the waves are a touch softer.
