Nissakia, Loutsa
Attica, Euboea & Skyros
Auszug aus dem KITE AND WINDSURFING GUIDE:
35km east of Athens is the most popular spot in the region – possibly even the whole country. Aside from its proximity to the capital, Loutsa's appeal is its versatility: conditions range from shallow, mirror-flat water to radical wave action. Loutsa has a real split personality: beginners and intermediates are best off in 'Trolly’ near the town centre, while the wavesailors rip it up around 'Nissakia’. In a good north-easterly, Greece’s best windsurfers loop, spock and shred the waves in cross-on wind from the left. Follow the rights of way to avoid collisions, as it gets really busy. After a session you can cut loose in the many local beach-bars, restaurants and nightclubs.
