On the eastern side of 'Pointe de Penvins’, boots are recommended at the beginner spot. To the west, waves develop in a SW swell at the freeride / bump-&-jump venue. In summertime, the kite zone is at the west end of town. Plus there’s a nearby secret for wave-hunters to discover; the perfect reef-break at 'Chapel Island’.
