Pirlanta Beach

This kilometre-wide bay is valued by kiters for its cross-onshore conditions: the wind blows just as reliably as 'Alaçati' and is super-consistent. Plus there's a white sandy beach, small shallow area, and even a few waves in strong wind. Kite centres operate at either end of the beach, complete with café and showers in the east. Otherwise it's undeveloped so there's a natural vibe with a good view of the island of Chios. The one drawback is a swimming zone in summer, vastly reducing the useful area of beach.
