Tiny 'Platja de Bellamar' west of the marina is a challenging Levante wave spot. The harbour-wall sorts the windswell into sets and shields the beach from an otherwise strong current. Despite cross to cross-onshore wind, the buildings around here do make it gusty. 'Platja de Llevant', the bigger beach east of the harbour, works in Garbí – just watch out for a few rocks in the water. To find Premià de Mar, take the tunnel under the railway line to the harbour.
