If the wind’s too strong down near Bonifacio, make your way to this spacious beach between Propriano and Portigliolo. It’s mostly easy freeride in summer, but there can be a decent beach-break in stronger wind or when a Mistral swell lingers. Sadly, only onshore winds are consistent enough in the bay. You can park in Le Robinson restaurant’s little car-park, although the owner won’t be particularly amused. The break is north of the river at 'Plage aux Vaches' on the D319.
