Rolfstangen

The younger generation flippantly call Rolfstangen's local club "Oslo Geriatric Windsurfers", yet most of them could only dream of being half as enthusiastic as the old guard who have livened this place up for over 25 years. Since the airport was relocated north of the capital, the Fornebu area has become a vibrant blend of industry and community living right on the fjord. Windsurf conditions tend to be choppy, although almost all wind directions are ridable. If necessary, you can also store your gear in containers at the club.
