Saltstein
Oslofjorden
Auszug aus dem KITE AND WINDSURFING GUIDE:
The area’s best break is a two-hour drive south of Oslo. Southerly winds soon build waves over the rocky seabed – and you’d be surprised how big they get. Mast-high isn't rare. Another shocker is that on good days you’ll easily have 40 surfers in the line-up, sharing the break with a dozen of the country’s best windsurfers. South-westerly wind works best, southerly or south-easterly are more onshore and hence gusty – more dangerous too, as the launch area is full of slippery rocks. Definitely not a kite spot!
