The fishing village of Sant Carles de la Ràpita is on the southern edge of the Delta del Ebro. The water's flat in all wind directions and standing-depth a long way out. Offshore Mistral suits slalom and freestyle training, although not so many locals sail here as the Delta spots are usually better.
