Seapoint

North-west around the headland, Seapoint is the main spot in southern Dublin Bay – really popular for freeride and freestyle. It’s ideal in a west or north-westerly when you can blast right across the bay. In rare north-easterly storms, low tide can produce great starboard tack wavesailing. To find the launch, drive into Dun Laoghaire Harbour and turn left towards the West Pier. At the end of the road there's a dedicated windsports car-park. Kiting is only recommended at low tide as high floods too close to the railway line.
