High up among the dramatic granite tors on unspoilt Bodmin Moor, this lake is great for beginners and improvers in all wind directions. Southerlies offer the cleanest wind, while there's a good funnelling effect in a northerlies. There is a launch fee, but you get a friendly welcome and good facilities for your money.
