Even in Böhl you can expect an extremely long walk, although the reward is more space. Beginners and intermediates appreciate the lack of crowds on the big lagoon. But waveriders come here too, as westerly winds are cross-shore further out beyond the sandbanks; admittedly with a mean current – never sail here alone!
