The sandy little beach of 'Ses Platgetes' sits on an otherwise rocky coastline near Es Caló. Best conditions come with north-westerly, which blows cross-shore and delivers decent waves if it's strong enough. The launch does get pretty demanding amongst all the rocks though. Not good for beginners, especially learner kiters. Roadside parking spaces aren't easy to find in summer – and then it's still quite a long walk to the water.
