This beach-break is better known for surfing than windsports as it picks up plenty of Atlantic swell. Yet it’s probably the best wavesailing spot in England in north or north-westerly winds – excellent on an incoming tide, although it’s a long walk at low water. Park in town or on the cliffs further south.
